Mixed models, colors and options can help a distributor test a range, but they also create more chances for specification and receiving errors. Treat each variant as its own line item.混合车型、颜色和选装有助于经销商测试产品线，也增加了配置与收货差错的机会。每种组合都应作为独立订单行管理。

Build a unit-by-unit configuration matrix建立逐车配置表
Do not write only “assorted golf carts.” Give every variant a temporary or formal identifier and list seat layout, body color, power system, wheels, roof, accessories and quantity.不要只写“混合高尔夫球车”。应给每种配置一个临时或正式编号，并列出座椅、车色、动力、轮胎、车顶、配件和数量。
Keep a version date on the matrix. If a buyer changes one color or accessory, update the affected line and have both sides approve the new version before production.配置表应有版本日期。若买方修改某辆车的颜色或配件，只更新受影响项目并在生产前由双方确认新版。

Check loading feasibility from the final vehicles按最终车辆核实装柜可行性
A container plan depends on actual vehicle and packing dimensions, not only the nominal seat count. Long shuttles, tall roofs and detached parts can change the usable layout.装柜方案取决于实际车辆及包装尺寸，不能只按座位数估计。长轴距接驳车、高车顶和拆下的部件都可能影响布局。
Request a loading plan that identifies every vehicle and loose package. Agree what must be assembled after arrival and who supplies the required instructions or tools.索取逐车、逐包件标识的装柜方案，并约定到货后需要装配的项目及说明或工具由谁提供。

- Packed length, width and height of each variant.每种配置包装后的长、宽、高。

List spare parts against the platform they fit and identify any version-sensitive items. Confirm how invoices, packing lists and market or battery documents refer to each configuration.备件应标注适用平台；对版本敏感的零件需单独识别。确认发票、装箱清单及市场或电池文件如何对应每种配置。
Before dispatch, reconcile the order matrix, inspection evidence and packing list. At receiving, photograph labels and condition before separating mixed units across dealers or branches.发运前核对订单配置表、检验材料与装箱清单；收货时先拍下标签与状态，再分发给不同经销商或分支。
