Estimate fleet size from a measured route and peak demand, then add realistic time for stops, charging and service. A seat count by itself is not a fleet plan.根据实测线路与高峰客流初算车队规模，再考虑站点、充电和维修时间。单看座位数无法规划车队。

Measure demand and round-trip time测量需求与单圈时间
Count passengers over a representative peak hour, including where they board and get off. Drive the full route at the intended speed and include ordinary stops, not just travel time.统计具有代表性的高峰一小时客流，记录上车与下车点。按拟运营速度完整行驶线路，并计入正常停靠时间，不能只算纯行车。
The timing should include driver turnaround and any one-way imbalance. A route with the same length can need different numbers of vehicles if boarding takes longer.测算还应包含司机周转及单向客流不均。即使线路长度相同，上下车时间不同也会改变车辆需求。

Calculate a first capacity estimate计算初步运力
As a simple planning example, a six-seat shuttle completing one loop in 20 minutes can make at most three loops in an hour. Six seats × three loops gives 18 seat-trips per hour before boarding losses, directional imbalance or downtime.举一个规划示例：一辆六座车每圈用时 20 分钟，理论上每小时最多跑三圈；6 座乘以 3 圈等于每小时 18 个座位行程，这还未扣除上下车损耗、方向不均和停运时间。
If measured peak demand were 60 passenger-trips per hour, four such vehicles would be a mathematical starting point because 60 ÷ 18 rounds up to four. A real fleet needs route testing and a reserve plan, so this example is not a vehicle recommendation.若实测高峰为每小时 60 人次，60 除以 18 向上取整为四辆，这是纯计算起点。实际车队仍需线路测试和备用安排，该示例不是车辆推荐数量。

Add charging and maintenance reserve加入充电与维护备用量
Create an operating schedule that shows when each vehicle drives, charges, is cleaned and is inspected. Ask for the battery and charger specification behind any range estimate.建立运行排班，列出每辆车驾驶、充电、清洁与检查的时间。任何续航估计都应附对应电池和充电器规格。
Keep capacity for an unexpected vehicle outage and agree who will service the fleet. The reserve may be a spare vehicle, a spare time window or another route arrangement, depending on the site.为意外停运留出余量，并明确维护责任。备用方式可能是备用车、时间窗口或其他线路安排，取决于现场条件。
